Crown Resorts is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement for current hospitality projects, including restaurant openings and hotel refurbishments, from concept through to opening. You will partner with Development, Design, Property and F&B; teams to source and buy F&B; and OS&E;, ensuring budgets, schedules and brand standards are met.

This newly created role demands strong vendor negotiation, budget oversight, and the ability to drive procurement across multiple concurrent pre-opening
