We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning automotive enthusiast to join our Operations Team. You will be joining a team of specialists who are responsible for reviewing stock across our Perth site. As a Rectifications Officer, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure stock is being released and proposed to sale in a timely manner to ensure maximum returns for vendors and provide a positive experience for buyers.

This is an ongoing, full time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5.00pm. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

Your key responsibilities

- Organises repairs of assets on behalf of our clients.
- Raises purchase orders and work orders for repairs.
- C omplete the asset rectifications process ensuring it is as efficient as possible.
- Organises and follows up Roadworthy Certificates.
- Ensures all relevant assets are repaired and advertised for sale in a timely manner.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding customer needs.
- Problem solves and investigates issues relating to the above.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
- Understanding of motor vehicle repairs (advantageous)
- Sound data entry and/or administration skills.




- Ability to meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
