- Play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our national hotels network that provides excellence in service to our guests and teams.
- Work closely with the GM Hospitality, connecting teams, coordinating priorities and driving operational improvements.
- Help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and teams through effective coordination, collaboration and operational support.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations, project coordination or executive support within a large or complex organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills, confidently managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience coordinating projects, improving processes and supporting business transformation.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, confident making decisions and working independently.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and improvements.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing executive-level priorities and communications.
- Adaptable, collaborative and resilient, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
