Baseline Physiotherapy is seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Albury, NSW. Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations to diagnose patient conditions and develop individualised treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programmes
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies to optimise outcomes and recovery
- Educating patients on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programmes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Communicating with referring practitioners and other allied health providers regarding patient progress and outcomes
- Contributing to a positive clinic environment and supporting the professional development of team members

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and valid AHPRA registration
- Professional indemnity insurance that is current and appropriate for physiotherapy practice
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries




- Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex conditions to patients in an accessible manner
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with physiotherapy best practice
- Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting or chiropractic clinic is advantageous
- A patient-centred approach to care with strong empathy and interpersonal skills
