About us

Halo Care Collective was established with a focus on providing disability support and aged care that recognises the individual behind every support requirement. The people receiving care, along with their families and professional support networks, deserve services that listen to their needs and take their circumstances seriously. That understanding guides the way we approach our work and the services we provide.

With three decades of combined industry experience, our team brings established knowledge of care and support to the people we work with. We aim to build a service that people can feel comfortable relying on, whether they require assistance at home, support in the community, coordination of services or more specialised care. Our goal is to provide considerate support that respects individual choices while helping people receive the assistance that suits their circumstances.
