Victorian Government is seeking Personal Care Assistants (casual) in Ballarat to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You will support everyday activities and assist with grooming, mobility, meals and social engagement within a supportive team.

Applicants should have Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent, experience in aged care, and robust communication skills. Availability across 7 days for morning and evening shifts is required; casual loading applies.
