Job Description
- + Assessing, planning, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care for residents
- + Administering medications and complex clinical treatments
- + Leading, supervising, and mentoring care staff including ENs and PCWs
- + Collaborating with doctors and families to develop individualised care plans
- + Managing clinical documentation and compliance
- + Monitoring residents for acute changes in health status and coordinating emergency responses

About the Candidate
- * Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- * 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse
- * Current AHPRA Registration
- * Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance, + Bachelor of Nursing
- + 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse
- + Current AHPRA Registration
