Maddocks is seeking a Trust Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Melbourne on a 14-month contract. The role focuses on trust receipting, allocation and administration of funds across the firm’s trust and operating accounts.

You will ensure timely processing of trust receipts, allocate funds to the correct client/matter, and assist with trust account administration and reconciliations, working in a team-oriented hybrid setup.
