We are seeking an experienced and results-driven State Manager to lead our Western Australia operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering operational efficiency, driving growth, and building high-performing teams across workshops and field service operations.

The Opportunity

As State Manager, you will:





Oversee daily operations across workshops, field service teams, and asset management.

Drive operational efficiency with clear KPIs for trailer servicing, refurbishment, and stock movement.

Ensure compliance and safety standards are embedded in all areas.

Contribute to commercial growth, including onboarding new B2B sites and improving revenue through productivity and cost control.

Develop and execute site strategies for top-up and moulding initiatives.

Build and lead a values-driven, high-performing team.
