healthAbility in Melbourne invites a Degree-qualified Physiotherapist to join the Support at Home and Community Health programs. You will deliver physiotherapy services across SAH, CHSP, NDIS and community health, assess and treat clients, and support families in home and community settings.

This full time, permanent role is based at Eltham with opportunities across Eltham and Box Hill sites; Grade 2 salary AUD 97,911–112,593 depending on experience. Salary packaging available.
