About Us

We're a health-focused drive-thru serving fresh smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, toasties, and coffee — making healthy eating easy and convenient for people on the go. As we expand, we need a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Duncraig team and drive the store's day-to-day success.

The Role

- Lead and roster a team of up to 5 staff
- Day shifts only — no late nights
- Oversee daily operations, food quality, and customer service standards
- Manage stock, ordering, and budgets
- Train and develop your team
- Drive local sales and marketing initiatives
- Report directly to ownership, with input into how the store runs

What You'll Bring





- 2+ years' experience managing a team in hospitality, retail, or food service
- Confidence with rostering, stock control, and basic budgeting
- A genuine interest in health and wellness
- Solid communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to grow with the brand

What We Offer

- $70,000–$75,000 + Super, based on experience
