You'll assist customers in selecting the right equipment, provide product advice, process sales, and help keep the store well-presented and stocked.
Key responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and product advice
Assist customers with equipment and accessories
Process sales and operate the point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean, safe and organised retail area
Assist with general store duties as required
About you
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is friendly, approachable and reliable
Has an interest in gardening, landscaping or outdoor equipment
Is comfortable learning about different products and equipment
Can work independently and as part of a team
Previous retail or garden equipment experience is highly regarded, but training will be provided to the right person
Friendly and supportive team workplace
Product training and ongoing development
