Courtesy of our clients' on-going growth they are searching for a Service & Warranty Coordinator to assist with warranty work flow and expedition at their central Gold Coast office (with parking). A stable and rewarding building company; our client continues to set the standard of providing an exceptional working environment coupled with a focus on personal development.
The role liaises with all stakeholders associated with any Recent Home Warranty issues that may arise, acting as a point of contact for warranty related enquiry and activity within the business. A fast paced role with high call volume, you will be a valuable member within the group, providing administration support to the building and warranty team.
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar capacity with a volume builder, or insurance claims experience. A strong emphasis will be placed on your work ethic, communication skills and knowledge of the construction and warranty process.
