AMS Doors, Timber & Hardware is a family-owned Australian business with over 15 years of industry experience. We specialise in premium timber doors, jambs, and cavity sliding door systems, supplying builders, developers, and homeowners Australia-wide.

We're known for our high-quality products, expert advice, and genuine service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.

You'll be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing expert advice on our range of timber doors and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming phone, email, and in-person sales enquiries
- Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers (Training will be provided)
- Support builders, tradespeople,



and retail customers with product selection
- Work closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on leads

About You

- Experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer service (building materials or hardware industry preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of internal sales or customer service experience is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with positive computer skills (experience with quoting/order systems a bonus)
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
