Property Management Field Officer / Inspections Officer

We're looking for an organised, motivated and detail-focused Field Officer who enjoys working independently, meeting people and being out and about.

This is a predominantly field-based position, supported by experienced Property Managers and dedicated remote administrative assistants, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress into a Property Manager role as your career grows.

About the role

You'll work alongside two experienced Property Managers, taking ownership of the team's inspection schedule and ensuring inspections and reporting are completed to a consistently high standard.

Your primary focus will be conducting routine inspections, completing entry condition reports & assisting with leasing, helping our Property Managers deliver exceptional service to their clients.

With dedicated administrative support behind you, you'll be able to spend the majority of your working day out on the road rather than behind a desk.

What you're doing

- Conducting routine property inspections across our Pimpama portfolio and surrounding areas.
- Preparing detailed, accurate and timely routine inspection reports, including photographs and identifying maintenance or property concerns.
- Completing thorough entry condition reports.
- Assisting with open homes for the property management department on Friday & Saturdays

- Communicating professionally with tenants and Property Managers regarding inspection outcomes.
- Managing your daily inspection schedule to ensure appointments and reports are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, communication and customer service.

What you bring

- Current Queensland real estate registration.
- Current unrestricted driver's licence.
- Previous real estate or property inspection experience would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality inspection reports.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing a busy daily schedule.
- Valuable computer skills; experience with Ailo would be highly advantageous.
- A friendly, professional approach to communicating with tenants and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to identify and report property maintenance concerns.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Property Management.
