The main focus of this role is new business. You'll be responsible for finding potential customers, making contact, arranging meetings and turning opportunities into sales. Once you've won a customer, the goal is to build the relationship and grow the account over time.

We're a growing PPE, safety and workplace consumables business looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across Queensland.

The main focus of this role is new business. You'll be responsible for finding potential customers, making contact, arranging meetings and turning opportunities into sales. Once you've won a customer, the goal is to build the relationship and grow the account over time.

What you'll be doing

- Finding new customers across manufacturing, warehousing, construction and other industrial sectors.

- Making calls, booking meetings and visiting businesses.

- Understanding what customers need and where Werko can help.

- Preparing quotes and following up to win orders.

- Building relationships and growing repeat business.





- Managing your own sales pipeline and keeping on top of opportunities.

We supply products businesses use every day, including gloves, protective clothing, safety equipment and general workplace consumables. The opportunity is there to build a good customer base and develop long-term accounts.

About you

We're looking for someone who's comfortable talking to people, willing to pick up the phone and prepared to put in the work to win current business.

You might already have sales experience, or you may be looking to take the next step in your career. Either way, you'll need to be organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Experience in industrial sales or PPE would be an advantage, but it's not essential. We'll help you learn the products. What matters is your attitude, persistence and willingness to get out there and find customers.
