I'm partnering with an upper mid-tier national commercial firm to find a Senior Associate for their Brisbane property team. It's a close-knit group led by experienced partners in a reliable, established team.

About the role

This is a genuine generalist commercial property role. You'll run a broad mix of work, including:

- acquisitions and disposals of commercial, retail and industrial property
- property development, including off-the-plan sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
- complex commercial office, industrial and retail leasing as part of a broader practice
- subdivisions and land titling
- supervising and developing junior lawyers and graduates

Clients include property trusts, financial institutions, not-for-profits and high net worth individuals.

About you

- 5–10 years' PAE in commercial property
- A broad transactional background,



from a mid-tier or top-tier firm
- Comfortable running files independently and managing client relationships
- Strong matter management, including scoping, fee estimates and billing
- Confident building and growing client relationships
- Keen to mentor juniors and grow toward the next level
