HomeMade is seeking an Onboarding Partner to join our team as we scale. You will conduct initial assessments, onboard customers, and help them meet their needs and goals to live independently at home.

In this hybrid role you’ll work with the onboarding, support, clinical teams, and use tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce to drive uptake of the HomeMade Customer Portal and maximise funding.
