Store Manager – Barwon Heads IGA
Lead a store where the commute ends at the beach.
Barwon Heads IGA is a locally owned, family‑run supermarket at the heart of one of Victoria's best coastal towns. We were named IGA Store of the Year (Medium Store category) in 2025, and we're looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to keep us at that level and push us further.
This isn't a head‑office job where you're a number. You'll have real say in how the store runs, and you'll see your results every day, then finish your shift a few minutes from the river and the surf.

What you'll do

- Lead and develop a team of 60+ staff
- Own rostering, wages and store targets
- Keep shelves full, the floor tidy and customers coming back
- Work directly with the owner on promotions, ranging and store growth

What you'll bring

- Supermarket or retail management experience
- A people‑first leadership style: you coach, you don't just direct
- Commercial sense: you understand margin, wastage and wage %
- Energy, reliability and pride in a well‑run shop
