Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Oncology and Medical Ambulatory Day Unit in East Gippsland. You will steer a multidisciplinary team, drive service innovation and influence high-quality care close to home.

The role involves leading daily operations, workforce planning, and advancing quality, governance and patient outcomes through evidence-based practice. Fixed term FT until Jun 2027 with 80 hours per fortnight.
