1 Hotel Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead the Crane Bar & Lounge team and ensure smooth shifts. You will set service standards, mentor staff and maintain consistent beverage quality in a vibrant, high-energy setting by the Yarra.

The role requires 2+ years of hospitality experience, solid cocktails knowledge and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is preferred for this full-time position.
