QBE Insurance Group is seeking Claims Officers to join our Motor Claims team in Melbourne, VIC or Parramatta, NSW. This permanent, full time role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office) with optional overtime after hours.
You will manage motor claims and support customers through the end-to-end claims process, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support to succeed. We welcome applicants with customer service backgrounds from retail, hospitality, or contact centres.
