Centacare Catholic Family Services seeks a Clinical Nurse to join the RESTORE Intensive Family Services team in South Australia. You will work with families in homes and community settings, assessing health needs, shaping care plans, and delivering nursing interventions within a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary framework.

You will support families to access health, developmental and disability services, including the NDIS, while promoting child safety and wellbeing through cooperative case
