FSP OZ Products Pty Ltd is a leading and growing polyethylene manufacturer with four branches across Australia. We supply high-quality, durable products to a diverse customer base locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.

Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation and inventory reconciliations.

Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy and stock control procedures.

Prepare and review BAS, IAS, GST and other statutory reporting requirements.

Process payroll, superannuation and applicable payroll tax obligations.

Monitor cash flow, supplier payments and financial transactions.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial analysis.

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and relevant authorities.

Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements and internal controls.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Director to support business decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls and operational efficiency.

About You

CPA or CA qualification,



or currently working towards either qualification, is preferred.

Practical experience in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and stocktake processes is essential.

Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting function.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded.

Previous experience in a commercial business environment is required, with manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.

Must have full Australian working rights.
