About You
To be considered for these positions, you will possess:

- Between 2 to 12+ years of post-qualification experience (pae) within a reputable Corporate practice area or in-house environment.
- Corporate lawyers from NZ, UK, HK, Singapore are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent technical drafting skills, transaction management capabilities, and commercial acumen.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client management and deal delivery.
