AYAN InfoTech is looking for Active Directory Consultant to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the prospect to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities for Active Directory (AD) Separation and Tenant Separation programs, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documentation.
- Analyze current-state identity, access management, and authentication processes, and define target-state operating models for the separated environment.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, and application teams to identify dependencies, risks, and impacts associated with AD separation activities.
- Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements covering Active Directory, IGA, IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and User Access Management (UAM) solutions.




- Work closely with security teams to ensure alignment with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity governance requirements.
- Assess user access models, role-based access controls (RBAC), and entitlement structures to support secure migration and separation activities.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Process Maps, User Stories, Data Mapping Documents, and Traceability Matrices.
- Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off activities across identity, authentication, and security platforms.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while providing regular status reporting to senior stakeholders, security leadership, and program governance forums.
- Experience in Telecom applications is preferred.
