Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Warrnambool College, have three positions available for the 2027 school year. Undertaking a Certificate III in School Based Education Support, the positions available are:

2 x Outdoor Education and Classroom Support Traineeship

1 x Sporting Pathways and Administration Support Traineeship

Outdoor Education and Classroom Support Traineeship Position Summary:

This trainee position supports the effective delivery of the College’s Outdoor Education program and provides general classroom support across key learning areas, assisting teachers and students to support learning and engagement.

Applicants must have solid swimming and surf awareness skills, as the role involves supporting surfing, canoeing and other water-based activities. Duties also include preparing and cleaning equipment, maintaining College vehicles and trailers, and assisting with camps and program activities throughout the year.

Sporting Pathways and Administration Support Traineeship Position Summary:

This trainee position supports the effective delivery of the College’s Sporting Pathways Program (SPP) and provides administrative and operational support to college staff in preparing for sporting events, camps, excursions and other student activities.





The role involves assisting with the organisation, preparation and coordination of activities held both on campus and at off-site locations, helping ensure students and staff are well supported and activities run smoothly throughout the year.

The successful applicant shall demonstrate:

- An ability to work with Secondary School aged children
- Professionalism and maturity
- Punctuality and reliability
- A sound work ethic with a can-do attitude
- The ability to use computers and office equipment
- A genuine interest in sport and education
- A genuine interest and commitment to complete Certificate III in School Based Education Support
