people2people is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer in Melbourne to own the firm's compliance framework, with a focus on AML/CTF, governance and risk management.

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop, implement and maintain policies and monitoring, lead regulatory reporting, and mentor two direct reports while collaborating with senior stakeholders to strengthen our compliance posture.
