At Coral Beauty, located in the heart of South Yarra, VIC 3141, we specialize in premium beauty treatments including luxury lash lifts, Korean lash lifts, brow lamination, shaping, tinting, and comprehensive skincare services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview As our Beauty Therapist, you will provide professional skin analyses, facial therapies, skin-care treatments, and specialized beauty services. You will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend customized treatments and retail products, and maintain the highest standards of salon hygiene and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

- Discuss client needs, analyze skin characteristics, and advise on suitable skincare routines, treatments, and cosmetic applications.
- Perform specialised facial and body treatments, including massages and advanced skin therapies.
- Provide professional eye and brow treatments, including lash lifts,



Korean lash lifts, brow lamination, shaping, and tinting.
- Treat unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, and tinting services.
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and related hand and foot treatments as required.
- Evaluate beauty therapy processes, techniques, and products to ensure optimal results.
- Provide expert advice on and promote cosmetic and skincare products.
- Receive client bookings, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements & Qualifications

- AQF Certificate, AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for modern beauty trends (such as lash and brow styling).
- Professional, well-presented, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
