Australiance seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Brisbane to join as 2IC to the Principal Geotechnical Engineer. This hands-on, technically demanding role combines design leadership with mentoring and active site involvement.

You'll lead geotechnical design across multiple projects, mentor 3–4 graduates, deliver IFC-quality reports, and earn a transparent pathway to Principal within 1–2 years, with visa sponsorship available for the right international candidate.
