Zoe Kratzmann is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to lead customer lifecycle initiatives across email and loyalty. You will personalise communications, turn insights into brand-building messages, and drive CLTV across all markets. The role blends creativity with analytics to deepen engagement and maximise lifetime value.

You'll own lifecycle journeys, manage automated flows, and partner with teams to ensure CRM supports acquisition and repurchase at scale.
