Wesfarmers Health is hiring a Team Manager – Outbound (AM) for our Sydney Fulfilment Centre at Marsden Park. You will lead fulfilment, dispatch and safe, effective operations on the AM shift, reporting to the Operations Manager. Monday to Friday 9 AM–5 PM, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You will oversee multiple zones, manage staffing, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and performance.
