Job Description

Position : Senior Appian Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Must have

- Domain expertise is critical. A Senior Appian Analyst is expected not only to possess strong Appian technical capabilities but also to provide subject matter expertise, design guidance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- 1. Solid understanding of Appian architecture, application design patterns, scalability considerations, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
- 2. Extensive hands-on experience with:
- SAIL Interfaces
- Records and Record Actions
- Process Models
- Integration Objects
- Data Fabric
- Document Management
- Sites and Portals
- Appian Administration and Security

- 3. Strong technical capabilities across:

- Appian Development
- SQL and Database Design
- REST and SOAP Integrations
- JSON/XML Payload Processing
- Enterprise Authentication and Authorization Frameworks

- 4. Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications such as CRM, ECM, Core Banking, Identity Management, Data Platforms,



and cloud-based services.
- 5. Strong business analysis and solution design skills, including requirements elicitation, process modelling, stakeholder workshops, and solution documentation.
- 6. Ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience through Appian solutions.
- 7. Strong understanding of enterprise data management, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- 8. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and operational teams.
- 9. Demonstrated leadership in guiding analysts and developers through solution design, estimation, implementation, and production support activities.
- 10. Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- 11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 12. Appian Certified Analyst, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Architect certifications are highly desirable.

Must Have Skills:

- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, workflow automation, digital transformation, or low-code platform development.
- Proven experience delivering complex Appian solutions across one or more domains:
