The Role

- Join an established Queensland chartered accounting firm with over 100 staff across several offices.

- Work with a diverse client base, providing Business Advisory, Tax, Audit, Wealth Management and Fractional CFO Advisory services.

- Partner with business owners and senior management to deliver management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis and strategic planning.

- Take ownership of meaningful CFO Advisory engagements and provide commercially focused advice that supports business growth and performance.





- Build trusted client relationships within a collaborative team that values practical solutions and long-term partnerships.

About You

- Have 5+ years' Australian public practice CFO Advisory experience.

- Possess strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic financial insights.

- Hold a CA or CPA qualification, or have made significant progress towards completion.

- Enjoy working closely with business owners and senior management to support decision-making and business performance.

- Value collaboration, continuous learning and building lasting client relationships.
