The Grand Hotel Healesville is seeking an experienced Crowd Controller to join our close-knit country pub team for regular Friday and Saturday night shifts. You will help keep staff and patrons protected while maintaining the relaxed, friendly atmosphere our locals expect.
With a current Victorian Crowd Controller licence and experience in pub or hospitality security, you will read situations, de‑escalate calmly and assist staff with entry refusals when necessary.
