Western Health is seeking a Coordinator for the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Unit at Williamstown Hospital to lead centralised recruitment, manage supplementary staffing, and support bank and pool operations. You will drive innovative workforce strategies to ensure skilled staffing for safe patient care.

The role requires an experienced RN and/or Midwife with robust leadership, rostering and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to work across a seven-day rotating roster.
