Moon Dog Beach Club is an 800pax, jungle-beach-party inspired wonderland aiming to provide the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to the good people of the South East!

We're looking for a Full Time Junior Sous Chef to join our awesome kitchen team!!

The menu consists of pub classics, with a few beach-y specialties & sides. We also run functions packages & special events.

An emerging leader with experience in fast-paced, large kitchens, you will hustle to make Moon Dog Frankston one of the best places to work & eat in the South East! The ideal candidate will have several years proven experience in similar roles (large, pumping, pub-like venues) and take outstanding pride in what they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 5 years experience as a qualified chef
- Experience in running busy service periods
- No trouble delegating tasks in a calm and friendly manner
- Strong food knowledge, ideally with pub classics
- Experience with ordering and stock control
- Positive, friendly attitude,



good people skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
