Onboarding Coach - Help Dentists build a business and a life by design

Savvy Dentist is the leading business advisory and mentoring company for dental practice owners across Australia and New Zealand. We help dentists build more profitable, less stressful practices — and the first few months of that journey decide everything. We're hiring an Onboarding Coach to own that start and get new clients winning, fast.

You're the golden thread. You pick up each client at their getting-started call and stay with them for their first six months (sometimes longer) before handing them to an accountability coach for the long haul. You're the person who turns a hopeful new client into a confident one with runs on the board.

What you'll do

- Take new clients from day one and get them to fast, tangible results.
- Help each client find an early financial return that more than covers their investment with us — momentum they can feel.
- Install our proven revenue-growth model into their practice to lift the owner's profitability.
- Build and run the financial forecasting and tracking that keeps progress visible and honest. This is detailed work — strong Excel is the engine of the role.
- Be a patient, clear teacher. Onboarding is more structured and teaching-led than traditional coaching:



your job is to make complex things easy and keep people moving.

Who you are

- Strong analytical skills and genuinely confident in Excel — forecasting and tracking don't scare you.
- A business background, with real understanding of the challenges small business owners face. (Essential.)
- Great with people and a patient teacher — you can explain detail without losing anyone.
- A fast, willing learner. We have a lot to teach you and we'll teach it well.
- Computer literate and comfortable with modern tools: MS Office, Dropbox, and AI in day-to-day work.
- Dental experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- A teaching background (former school teachers, take note) and/or coaching experience is a real plus.
