The role

Due to substantial growth, we are on the hunt for a tax senior - who loves and knows private clients and their tax and transactions requirements, and who wants to join a growing team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Tax and the client managers to provide technical excellence,



proactive insights, and a consistently exceptional client experience.

This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to deepen their tax advisory capability while contributing to a growing, modern firm.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the Head of Tax providing tax advice to our private clients
- Providing proactive advice, insights, and recommendations to support client decision‑making
- Supporting managers and directors with complex advisory work, structuring, and planning
- Building strong client relationships through responsive, high‑quality service
- Contributing to process improvement, workflow optimisation, and team capability development

What you'll bring

- 4+ years’ experience in public practice accounting tax and compliance with exposure to private client tax advice
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong technical capability across compliance, tax, and SME advisory
- Confidence managing client relationships and advising our people internally and communicating complex concepts clearly
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Your joy of collaboration - you are a senior point of contact for our internal advisers on all things tax
