Job Description
Our client is a global hospitality leader with sophisticated hospitality operations located in Pokolbin and surrounds. They are currently looking to fill 50 Guest Service Assistance positions across their hotels, with work commencing from October 2026 onwards. You are required to work in a hospitality environment where you are required to perform labour intensive and repetitive tasks.

You will be fit and able to stand for long periods of time and comfortable working with chemical products. You will be paid under the Hospitality Award – Level 2, at an hourly rate of $27.08 per hour, with a minimum of 38 hours of work, per week. This will be aligned with the Fair Work Commission's annual reviews, including any increases to the National Minimum Wage and minimum award rates of pay. You will be offered between 1-4 years of work with potential to upskill. Key duties include:

- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, make beds with precision,



vacuum floors and sanitize bathrooms.
- Efficiency & Targets: Complete assigned cleaning tasks within allocated company timeframes and hit daily targets
- Safety & Equipment: Safely use specialized cleaning equipment and chemical products (full training provided).
- Collaboration: Work alongside team members, guests, and contractors while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Characteristics and Aptitudes: To be considered for the roles, it's key you meet the following criteria:

- Comfortable working in a hospitality environment
- Good communication skills and able to follow instructions
- Live locally or be happy to relocate to Pokolbin
- Physically fit and comfortable in carrying out labour intensive duties
- Able to follow directions and work unsupervised whilst showing high levels of initiative
- A team player and happy working with a multicultural team
