LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics is a Queensland-owned medical aesthetics group with clinics in Brisbane CBD, Sunnybank, Southport and Robina. We are led by a Medical Physicist, and we design and manufacture our own laser machines and skincare under the LLC Clinical brand. Our clinics are known for results-driven, evidence-based treatments.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Dermal Therapist to work across our Southport and Robina clinics. Laser and energy-based treatments make up about 90% of the role. At these locations you’ll usually be the senior therapist on site, so you’ll run your day independently. That includes your treatment room, your bookings and the patient experience from consultation to follow-up.

What you’ll do

Laser hair removal, Pico laser pigmentation and tattoo treatments, and fractional CO2 resurfacing

Skin assessments for pigmentation and melasma, and treatment plans for each patient

Advanced skin treatments such as peels, skin needling and LED

Converting consultations into treatment plans and packages, and meeting your KPIs

Preparing your clinic each morning: machines,



rooms and stock ready before the first patient

Managing your own calendar in Timely and keeping accurate clinical notes

Mentoring and supporting junior clinicians when needed

About you

A Diploma or Degree in Dermal Science, Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapies (or equivalent)

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical aesthetics or laser setting

A current Queensland laser use licence is highly regarded. If you don’t hold one yet, we support laser licensing for the right candidate

Confident with consult-to-sale conversations and comfortable with performance targets

Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working as the sole clinician on shift

Available Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays included in your roster
