We are working with a highly regarded mid-tier commercial law firm seeking a Property Lawyer to join their growing team on a hybrid basis. The firm has a strong reputation in property and commercial law and offers a hands-on, partner-led environment with excellent exposure across transactional and advisory work.
About the role
This is a broad property-focused role offering exposure across conveyancing, leasing, property-related disputes, and general commercial matters. You will manage your own matters with appropriate support from senior lawyers in a collaborative and fast-paced workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of property and commercial matters
- Conveyancing and transactional work
- Commercial and retail leasing matters
- Assisting with property-related disputes
- General commercial law exposure
- Drafting, client liaison, and settlement support
About you
- Approximately 2–3 years’ post admission experience
- Strong background in property law (conveyancing and/or leasing essential)
- Exposure to disputes or broader commercial work highly regarded
- Confident managing matters independently with strong attention to detail
- Commercially minded with strong client communication skills
Remuneration
$125,000 – $135,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
