We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing practice located in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys end-to-end file management and working in a supportive, client-focused environment.

About the Role

You will manage a busy and wide-ranging conveyancing caseload from instruction through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Matters will include both residential and some off-the-plan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of residential and some commercial conveyancing files

- Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale and Section 32 statements

- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and solicitors

- Managing settlements via PEXA

- Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with Victorian conveyancing requirements

- File management, billing,



and general administrative support

About You

- Proven experience as a Conveyancer managing your own files

- Robust understanding of Victorian conveyancing processes and legislation

- Confident communicator with strong client service skills

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Able to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
