Respected boutique CBD family law firm seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level support to Principal and Lawyer.

The Opportunity

This established boutique family law firm, based in the heart of the CBD, is recognised for its specialist expertise and has built a strong reputation for achieving successful outcomes for its clients. The firm is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to provide direct support to the Principal and Lawyer within a close-knit and professional team workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level support to the Principal, including diary management, scheduling, travel coordination, etc
- Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence and court documents
- Manage monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a trusted point of contact between clients and Principal or other Lawyers
- Assist with general office administration and all other ad-hoc duties as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Family Law (essential)
- Experience using Affinity Legal Software (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
- Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
