DW TILES is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Customer Service Specialist (B2B) to join our growing team.

The Role

The customer service team plays a crucial role in our success.

In this role, you must have a strong attention to detail,



exceptional organisational and time management abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Duties

- Answering phone calls

- Processing sales orders

- Logistic arrangement for order dispatching locally and interstate

- Work very closely with sales team and warehouse team to coordinate through the orders being picked, packed and dispatched;

- Communicating with customers, always keep customers informed of progress of their orders, as well as respond their inquiries

- Exceptional communication and relationship skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
