We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) based in Bunbury and the South West region for immediate casual shifts across a range of aged care facilities.

About the Role

As part of the Aroha Services team, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while working collaboratively with facility staff.

Depending on your qualification level, duties may include:

AIN / Carers

- Personal care and hygiene assistance

- Manual handling and mobility support

- Assistance with meals and activities of daily living





- Documentation and reporting

Enrolled Nurses

- Medication administration within scope of practice

- Clinical observations and reporting

- Wound care and resident support

- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses

Registered Nurses

- Clinical assessments and care planning

- Medication management

- Documentation and clinical reporting

- Leadership and support of care staff

- Coordination of resident care and clinical outcomes

Essential Requirements

AIN / Carers

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)

ENs and RNs

- Current AHPRA Registration

For All Applicants

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Manual Handling Certificate

- National Police Clearance (within 12 months)

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to travel within the South West region

- Reliable and professional work ethic

- Commitment to delivering quality resident care
