LERCH FARMS PTY LTD requires 30 seasonal horticultural farm workers to assist with planting, weeding, harvesting and packing of broccoli, cauliflowers and other vegetables in the Laidley area in Queensland. Seven to eight months of work is expected to commence in March, 2027. No previous experience is necessary.
Candidates will receive necessary training to complete required tasks. Candidates should be motivated, able to learn quickly, work in a team with others and have the ability to work quickly and with accuracy. Work is physical and outdoors.
Successful candidates will be required to start at approximately 6.00 a.m. in a range of weather conditions, using the provided broccoli/cauliflower cutting knives for harvesting. Packing work will require heavy lifting. Work would be mostly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work.
Employment would be on a casual basis under the Horticulture Award 2020 and paid at an hourly rate commencing at $32.18. Successful applicants will be offered a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. Apply by email to **********@outlook.com
