We are seeking IT Services Officers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology area.

As an IT Services Officer, you will contribute to the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of IT services across the organisation. Working under limited direction across a range of IT Service Management activities, you will analyse information, manage competing priorities, investigate service delivery issues and contribute to solutions that support business outcomes.

You will engage with business stakeholders, technical specialists, service providers and project teams to support effective and reliable IT services. Using sound judgement and a customer-focused approach, you will identify and assess risks, assist in resolving moderately complex issues and escalate matters where appropriate.

You will also contribute to operational procedures, knowledge management, performance reporting and service improvement activities. You may provide advice and recommendations to support informed decision-making, effective governance and improved service delivery outcomes.

- analyses information and identifies risks affecting business outcomes or IT service delivery, contributing to mitigation strategies and effective governance
- applies a sound understanding of IT Service Management practices, including ITIL principles, to support service delivery, issue resolution, governance and continuous improvement
- provides technical user support and guidance, investigates and resolves moderately complex service issues, and escalates matters where appropriate
- uses Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, to analyse information, prepare reports, collaborate with others and support informed decision-making.

Knowledge or experience in any of the following is desirable, but not essential:

- ITIL principles and practices
- IT Project Delivery




- Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
- Enterprise service management platforms, including ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- IT Service Continuity principles or IT Disaster Recovery.
