About the role

Balance in Motion is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Bondi Beach and soon to come Paddington clinic on a full-time basis. We're a well-established, community-loved clinic with a strong focus on running and sports rehab, and we're growing — with a second clinic launching soon in Paddington. Full-time position, days/hours negotiable to suit the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

Full caseload of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy patients

Mentor junior team members and contribute to clinical direction

Get involved in running gait analysis and return-to-run programming

Based at our Bondi Beach, with potential involvement at our new Paddington location as it opens

About you

Minimum 4–5 years' clinical experience (senior-level caseload management)

APHRA registration in good standing

Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills





A genuine interest in running/endurance sport is a big plus, but not essential

Great communicator — someone who builds trust with patients quickly and works well as part of a small, close-knit team
