About Us

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Bunbury, Western Australia, with the position commencing in 2026 or 2027.

For: Therapy Assistants, allied health students, or people looking to build experience in the health and rehabilitation industry.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, work alongside qualified health professionals and make a genuine difference to the lives of our clients.

What You’ll Do

Working under the direction of our qualified clinicians, you’ll support clients to work towards their individual goals and complete their therapy programs.

Your role will include:

Supporting clients with prescribed exercises and therapy activities.

Assisting with individualised therapy programs.

Encouraging and motivating clients throughout their sessions.

Supporting clients to improve their movement, strength, confidence and independence.

Working with clients in the clinic, gym, home and community environments.

Communicating with clinicians regarding client progress.

Building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Supporting Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals.





You will work with:

NDIS participants (people with disability), who are either adults or children

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic. Passionate about helping people. Comfortable working with people of different ages and abilities. A good communicator.

Willing to learn and take direction from qualified clinicians.

Comfortable working independently when required.

Interested in health, fitness, rehabilitation or allied health.

This could be a great opportunity for someone studying Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Nursing or another health related degree.

You’ll need a current Australian driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.

You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or be willing to obtain them, along with current First Aid and CPR certification. We can assist with these requirements where needed.
